Why would the current Sarasota County Medical Examiner, Russell Vega, oppose the position of the medical examiner who signed my father's death certificate. An autopsy was performed on King Tut's body 3000 years after his death and experts were able to tell what he ate the day he died.

Why did Dr. Russell Vega falsify his summary to make it look like one of my father’s regular medicines that he was taking was Corazol? Dr. Russell Vega did not think that I would figure out or discover what Corazol was.

I requested information from the Medical Examiner regarding my father’s death. In this packet, was a page titled
medications. <-Click Here  A few supposed medications stood out, which caused me to investigate what they were. The two that stood out were Corazol Solution and Green Z4030 Capsules. I discovered that Corazol Solution is made in Bolivia and Bulgaria. Amurrio was a special narcotics agent for her home country of Bolivia. I discovered that Corazol Solution is used on rats in laboratories to cause respiratory failure.

When I called Medical Examiner, Russell Vega and asked him if he knew what Corazol was, he told me “No”, he did not. I then researched what a green Z4030 Capsule was and discovered it was not bufferin, but a drug called Indocin. Corazol and Indocin in a cocktail would guarantee death.

Once again, I contacted Medical Examiner, Russell Vega and asked him if he researched what the green Z4030 capsule was. He replied, “No”, he did not. Dr. McHugh who was my father’s doctor was contacted and asked if he prescribed Corazol for my father. Dr. McHugh replied that he did not prescribe Corazol for my father and he did not know what Corazol was.

Medical Examiner, Dr. Vega has refused for the last 6 ½  years to speak with a witness who could provide him with proof that Murray Cohen did have neurologic and gastrointestinal symptoms prior to his death and would prove that his statement in his summary is inaccurate.
