The video sworn Deposition of Stephen Beninati speaks for itself. Mr. Beninati called Murray Cohen’s house on January 13, 2003. Mr. Beninati’s recollection of what he heard in the background and his description of Amurrio’s disposition proves he is an ear witness to a murder. Mr. Beninati also confirms that Sarasota Sheriff’s Detective Chris Hallisey was not interested in discovering evidence which proved that Murray Cohen was murdered. Why would detective Hallisey ignore evidence of murder? Why would Detective Chris Hallisey create a falsified time line to change the series of events which Mr. Beninati was a witness to?

WHY DID THE FBI ACCEPT A POOR QUALITY VERSION OF THE 911 CALL?
The standard procedure for the FBI accepting audio evidence is that they require the original. For some reason, the FBI broke their protocol.
Sheriff Balkwill and his underlings intentionally and deliberately manufactured a poor quality version of the 911 recording to be sent to the FBI. The purpose for this poor quality version was to make sure that the analyst at the lab would conclude the conversation in the background could only be a television. The Transcript from the FBI could then be used to refute the findings of qualified independent forensic audio experts who have concluded that my father is alive when he was reported to be dead. They also hear the loving wife of three weeks ordering her husband to “Give Up” numerous times.

Ordering a review of a case will not reveal inconsistencies or mistakes. There is a world of difference between a review and a full blown investigation. After the review was completed, it began to be called an "investigation" by acting law enforcement agencies involved in the cover up.

On December 7th, 2007, Certified Dictaphone Expert, William Tidwell, conducted a sixteen hour examination of the hard drive which contained the 911 recording regarding my father’s death. The name of the system in place the day of my father’s death was a Freedom Dictaphone System.
Mr. Tidwell was assigned to the Sarasota Sheriff’s 911 call center by Dictaphone to handle any trouble shooting or problems with the system in use. No one knew the system better than Mr. Tidwell.
During the sixteen hour examination, Mr. Tidewell discovered that all the 911 calls made the day of my father’s death, (January 13, 2003), were deliberately deleted from the main recorder and the back up auxiliary recorder. Here is his affidavit which was ignored by Sheriff Balkwill and his General Counsel, Kurt Hoffman. Both refused our request for an immediate investigation. To this day, the Sarasota Sheriff’s Department refuses to allow anyone to hear the master copy or the archived DVD pertaining to the 911 call regarding my father’s death.

Recently, I did a public records request for a copy of the 911 recording that agent rose obtained from the Sarasota Sheriff’s Department, in which he described in his report. On June 3, 2009, I received an email from the General Counselor of FDLE informing me that agent Rose no longer had the copy. Why would agent Rose get rid of the copy he obtained from Sarasota Sheriff’s Department?
